Some people do not understand the history in Zimbabwe. Only an uninformed fanatic can misunderstand the implication of compensation. Zim is not compensating the value of the land. It is compensating the other assets not related to land. Besides if you read the Lancaster agreement you would understand why compensation is necessary. Of course you ddnt know the Lancaster Agreement. Did you? Zimbabweans know what they are doing. We were in this suffering alone and we got ourselves out alone, through our own Zim way..its funny.. its only now some people are now telling us what to do as if they were in this thing all along…thts crazy…
Well how are you going to surely “compensate the white farmers ” I personally don’t think they are willing to come back they are already settled in Zambia.Malawi, congo and other neighboring countries
I think it is best to realise that Zimbabwe is not in a cocoon. That would be raw in a sense. To prosper in simple terms of political economies we need to be pivotal and realise political correctness. Sometimes we are taking two steps forward one step back, which means we are retarding our efforts. We had a formal bloodless revolution ( not a coup) let’s show world that we are educated as we have done it. White or Black we are Zimbabweans. Britain had a war with Germany they are fighting for Brexit but they are still trying to forge economic ties with Germany. Japan was bombed by America they are dominating the American Markets. There is not much friendship between China and America but China is holding much of the American Dollar. America and Russia have squabbles but they rely and use each other. This is crawling then leaping jumping or running which ever way you decide. Let’s move from the old history but lest we not forget our history because this is where we learning from. We need to manage change brothers and Siters.
