This is not about support for Mugabe.

Mugabe gave the land to the indigenous Africans, but Western powers responded with economic sanctions known as ZDERA Act of 2001 that completely collapsed Zimbabwe’s economy, with its currency on its knees. Prior to Mugabe’s land reform program when less than 1% of White Settlers owned 80% of Zimbabwe’s arable land, Mugabe was the Darling of the West he was even knighted by the queen of England. Don’t blame Mugabe for Zimbabwe’s economic challenges, blame ZDERA Act of 2001 and the EU sanctions that promptly responded to protect the interest of British settlers whose stolen lands were repossessed by the rightful owners. Mugabe was a nationalist, a Pan Africanist who put Africa first when addressing the world. Forget those fake IMF and the World Bank economic growth statistics, in reality they mean how deep you’ve sank into debt. Look at Kenya, Rwanda, Ghana, Uganda etc…these countries’ debts have reached the ceiling.

When I was in school I never heard of Sankara, Amilcar Cabral, Toure etc…I didn’t even know that Ghanaians chased a way one of the continental Icons like Nkrumah like a dog into exile, I didn’t know how congolese collaborated with CIA and Belgians to kill their first Prime minister Lumumba. It’s like every bright mind is taken out by the hands of fellow Africans, yes instigated by foreign governments and interest but carried out by Africans. We are left in a situation where the only leaders we have are the likes of Kabila who doesn’t even what what the hell is doing, Al Bashir the mad man, Museveni the old buffoon who once said on TV that he’s working for his children not Uganda people, kenyatta the drunk juvenile in kenya, Lungu of Zambia, Obiang the looter and the likes of Omar Bongo who still fry his hair like a village girl. We can’t keep on blaming anyone else, we are all willing participants in whats going on. Foreign powers have tried everything in all other continents, why they succeed so much in Africa is because we are weak minded. Asians liberated themselves, people like Chavez, Castro, the north koreans stood up to imperial forces and protected their countries interest, but here we have people just walking over us. Tiny island like Cuba next door to US could not fall for USA and a whole continent with a billion people are easily manipulated like children? surely this is not about foreigners, it’s about us. Zimbabwe got sanctioned, all it’s business ties with other african countries cut off under threat, Zimbabwe’s economy collapsed, but we are only pointing hands at one person, not the people who sanctioned Zim. Though I wish uncle Bob retired earlier on, I am starting to see things his way, maybe the guy looked around and realized how lost people are and thought to himself that he’s the only one who can retain the freedom and liberty for Zimbabwe. I mean, after being jailed and fighting for freedom and you see the likes of Morgan Tsvangirai who wanted to rule Zimbabwe caught on video tapes conspiring with the likes of Blaire, I would stick around too so my country doesn’t get recolonized….damn it Africa, something is seriously wrong with us. Now that Mugabe is gone, lets have all RHODESIANS go back to their country and leave south Africa’s opportunities to South Africans who are jobless.
