The Ghanaian high school teen breaking the internet with his height [Photos]

We lost count on the number of things and people that broke the internet this year. 2018 has been an action-packed year with interesting trends both for celebrities and the everyday social media millennials

Serena Williams and Michelle Obama are currently breaking the internet with their magazine covers and a new book for Michelle, which is selling faster than a number of the popular book in the past few years.

While its normal for celebrities to trend every now and then, it’s really a big deal when everyday people not only get the spotlight but make something out of it that changes their lives forever and it seems to be the turn of this senior high school Ghanaian student.

While many people claim that he could be either 16 or 17, what we do know for a fact is that it took just a few hours for his picture to gain the attention of several people, including a Serbian coach ready to fly him over to Serbia for a scholarship and for a start of a good basketball career.

His picture was first shared on Twitter by popular Ghanaian sports journalist Saddick Adams, who wished for the young student to be picked a basketball team in the USA.

The picture had more than a thousand likes in a few hours and Adams, who is affectionally called ‘Obama’ of sports, was quickly hit up by several people who were either trying to get in touch for serious business or to make a joke or two.

A Serbian coach went ahead to contact Saddick Adams who later tweeted about it to show the progress a single tweet had made.

From all indications, it looks like a scholarship and a basketball career will be an early Christmas gift for this young first-year student who definitely did not see this coming.
